Meal Planning, October 20 to 26
Saturday: tacos
Sunday: chili cheese dogs on tortillas, mac and cheese
Monday: leftover roast from the freezer on biscuits (I love the freezer. Dinner took a total of 5 minutes of labor on my part, along with a little time stirring the roast as it thawed)
Tuesday: salad with hard boiled eggs and ham
Wednesday: ghoulash over easy egg tacos
Thursday: leftovers frozen pizza (my late class night)
Friday: homemade pizza, salad, apple crisp monkey bread at my parents’
